Quality controll

Quality control in VALCA is the first important thing . this is because VALCA do not want to be only the manufacturer in China, but a reliable professional supplier from China. In one word, VALCA want to win the praise and credit from all over the world for to be a qualified company.

In all VALCA's manufacturing factory, there are very strict quality control system, covering all the process steps in the production, such as material check, mould check, forged or casted parts check, maching check, polishing check, chroming check, installation check, leakage check,  pressure check, packing check, out-factory check etc.

Besides the quality control in the factories, from VALCA's head office, there is also the department responsible the quality control. As per the order status, the quality control person will go to the production site to check their working, make sure their quality control system run well and the products qualified.
